What's the difference between a one-off build and a care package?
The one-off build covers designing and building your website. A care package is the ongoing support afterwards: hosting, maintenance, backups, security and help when you need it. You can take the build on its own or add a care package.
Do I need a care package?
You don't have to have one, but most businesses find it easier. It means someone else is keeping your site secure, backed up and online, so you can get on with running your business.
Who owns my website?
You do. It's yours to grow.
Can I see how my website is performing?
Yes. We set up Google Analytics on every site from day one, so you can see who's visiting and what they're looking at.
What happens if something goes wrong with my site?
With a care package, we monitor your site around the clock, scan for security issues and remove malware if it ever appears. You also get direct support from our team, 9am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday.
How long does a website take to build?
It depends on the complexity of the build and how bespoke you want the design. A simpler site can take a couple of weeks, while a fully bespoke build can take a few months. We'll give you a proper timeline once we know what you're after.
How much does a website cost?
